Young Thug has announced the YSL: The New Generation Tour, taking several YSL artists on a US and European run after recently appearing with them at Diamond*’s mixtape release party. The tour matters because it marks his first official live tour since 2019, signalling a more substantial return to touring after his release from jail in 2024 and a limited number of festival appearances since then.

The tour begins on 1 September in Rogers, Arkansas, and includes 19 US dates before ending with four European shows in Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, Łódź and Paris in October. Artists listed on the tour include Tezzus, 1300saint, Iyrus, Yume, Biggs, Unky and Diamond*. Notable stops include Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Houston, Austin and Inglewood, with the final date set for 24 October at the Adidas Arena in Paris.

Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, is an Atlanta rapper and founder of the YSL (Young Slime Life) label and collective, which has launched several younger artists' careers. He served time in jail in connection with a long-running racketeering case before his release in 2024, and has mostly kept a low profile on stage since, playing only a handful of festival dates rather than a full tour.

The newly announced YSL: The New Generation Tour brings together Young Thug and a group of YSL-affiliated artists, including Tezzus, 1300saint, Iyrus, Yume, Biggs, Unky and Diamond*, for a run of shows across the United States and Europe. It follows his recent appearance at a mixtape release party for Diamond*, one of the artists on the bill.

The tour is significant chiefly because it is Young Thug's first full live tour since 2019, marking a step up from his limited post-release festival appearances. It also puts a spotlight on the newer generation of YSL artists, who will perform alongside him across dozens of dates in the US and Europe through September and October.
