You’re probably not going to see everything your friend does in The Blood of Dawnwalker, and its director is just fine with that

The Blood of Dawnwalker, an upcoming AAA vampire-themed action RPG, is deliberately designed so that no single playthrough shows players everything the game contains, and director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz says he's entirely comfortable with that. Rather than a traditional main story quest, the game gives players just 30 in-game days and nights to complete it, meaning choices about how to spend that time will inevitably shut off other content, encouraging players to compare notes and discover what they missed through friends rather than solo exploration.

Speaking to PCGamesN, Tomaszkiewicz acknowledged that players "will not see everything we created in the one playthrough," but argued this creates more possibilities and sparks conversation between players about how they each experienced the story. He said the team avoided assuming how people would play protagonist Coen, instead handing players freedom to shape their own experience. Coen's voice actor, Will de Renzy-Martin, echoed this, noting that choices and consequences will make each player's journey distinct. The Blood of Dawnwalker is currently scheduled for release on 3rd September.
