YouTube Pastry Chef Amaury Guichon Signs With UTA (Exclusive)
French-Swiss pastry chef and chocolate artist Amaury Guichon has signed with United Talent Agency for representation, marking a further step in turning his large online following into broader entertainment and business opportunities. The move matters because Guichon is no longer just a niche culinary figure: he has built a major global audience through elaborate chocolate sculptures and has already expanded into television, publishing and in-person education.
Guichon runs the Pastry Academy in Las Vegas and has about 23.5 million YouTube followers and 96 million followers across social media overall. Known online as “The Chocolate Guy”, he has made large-scale chocolate creations including dragons, motorcycles, a foosball table and life-sized animals, and has hosted Netflix’s School of Chocolate, co-hosted Australia’s Dessert Masters, and judged shows including The Ultimate Baking Championship and Super Mega Cakes. Trained in France from age 14, he began posting chocolate videos in 2016, launched his academy afterwards, published Art of Flavor in 2018, and continues to be represented legally by Ethan Cohan at Del Shaw Moonves Tanaka Finkelstein Lezcano Bobb & Dang.
