Zach Braff Tribeca Drama ‘Clean Hands’ Launches For International Sales Ahead Of TIFF Market
Myriad Pictures has acquired international sales rights to Clean Hands, a true-life drama starring Zach Braff and Esther McGregor, following its premiere at Tribeca and a North American deal with Vertical. The company will offer the film to buyers at the Toronto International Film Festival market, extending its potential distribution beyond North America.
Written and directed by Jake Allyn, the film follows veteran police officer Kevin Simmers, played by Braff, as his views on policing and accountability are tested when his daughter becomes caught in a destructive cycle. Holt McCallany, Abigail Spencer and Lucas Till also star; the story examines the effects of the drug trade on families and is based on real events.
