Tom Holland has yet to fulfil a long-term ambition he set out in 2017: directing a film within 15 years. The actor, best known for playing Spider-Man, said he wanted to move behind the camera after gaining more experience, but there is no indication that he has begun directing professionally.

Holland was around 21 when he discussed the goal, leaving him until roughly 2032 to achieve it. Since then, his career has remained focused on acting, including major roles in Marvel films and other screen projects, while he has also spoken about taking breaks from work and considering his long-term future in the industry.
