Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights will honour the late Ozzy Osbourne with an original haunted house called "Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness," featuring a "Crazy Train" ride through the musician's world. Conceived as a "living horror movie," the tribute spans 45 years of Osbourne's solo career and will run as separate, tailored experiences at Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando. It marks a non-traditional memorial to the rock star, who died in 2025.

At Hollywood, guests journey from Osbourne's Birmingham childhood through his "Osbourne Asylum," inspired by Diary of a Madman, encountering personas including Madman Ozzy, Werewolf Ozzy and the Prince of Darkness, with music from albums such as Blizzard of Ozz, Bark at the Moon and No More Tears. Orlando's version leads guests through ruins and dungeons into a darker realm drawing on later album artwork including The Ultimate Sin and Black Rain. Sharon and Jack Osbourne endorsed the project in a joint statement, while Universal Hollywood's executive producer John Murdy said it honours Osbourne's cultural impact on music, art and horror.
