German hard rock stalwart Mat Sinner has announced that SINNER, the band that launched his 45-year career, are disbanding, but not before releasing "Boom Bang Goodbye", their 21st and final studio album. The record is notable for its all-star roster of guest vocalists and what the reviewer considers the band's best production yet, making it a fitting send-off for a group long regarded as a dependable pillar of traditional, uncompromising hard rock.

Rather than handling vocals himself, Sinner brought in a rotating cast of respected singers, including Renan Zonta of Electric Mob on the opener "Dreams Can Come True", former Jaded Heart frontman Michael Bormann on "Wait", Ronnie Romero on three tracks including "Leave It All Behind", Soilwork's Björn "Speed" Strid on "Are You Ready", and Primal Fear guitarist Magnus Karlsson featuring on closer "Power". The eleven-track album sticks firmly to melodic, chorus-driven hard rock without experimentation, and Blabbermouth's review awards it 7.5 out of 10.
