Amazon has released Batman: Caped Crusader Chronicles for free through its Luna cloud-gaming service, alongside the second season of Batman: Caped Crusader. The release is significant chiefly as a way for Amazon to promote Luna, offering a low-barrier game that requires neither a console, gaming PC nor dedicated controller.

Players investigate crimes across Gotham in 11 episodic cases featuring villains including the Joker and Scarecrow, with detective-themed minigames supporting up to four players. One participant needs an Amazon Prime membership and a Luna-compatible smartphone; Amazon has also added a Luna tab to Prime Video as it tries to make more subscribers aware of its included games.
