L'Rain, the recording project of multi-disciplinary artist Taja Cheek, has released a new single titled 'elmyra', offering another preview of her forthcoming album. The track arrives ahead of the album's release and a planned show at London's ICA, continuing her run of previews for the project.

The new single builds on a mesh of electronic textures and showcases L'Rain's painterly, evasive songwriting style. It was produced with long-time collaborators Ben Chapoteau-Katz and Andrew Lappin, and features on her new album 'fata morgana', due for release on 14th August 2026, which closes a quadrilogy following 'L'Rain' (2017), 'Fatigue' (2021) and 'I Killed Your Dog' (2023).
