‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ has entered the all-time top 10 worldwide box office less than two weeks after release, according to Collider. The result places it ahead of nearly every previous Marvel Cinematic Universe film and underlines Spider-Man’s continuing importance to the franchise.

The Tom Holland-led film earned $360 million domestically in its opening weekend, surpassing the domestic opening record previously held by ‘Avengers: Endgame’. It passed $500 million in North America and $1 billion worldwide in its first week, making it 2026’s highest-grossing film and one of 65 films to exceed $1 billion globally. Collider said it was likely to surpass $2 billion that weekend, supported by a 90% Rotten Tomatoes critics’ score and 98% audience score.
