Players can begin by visiting a completed Pokémon Centre outside Bubbly Basin after receiving the relevant login message, where Feebas will appear nearby. Prism Scales are found on Dream Islands reached via Drifloon, and six rewards cost between five and 15 scales; the event is available to all players, including those without the Bubbly Basin expansion pass.
