Titan Comics will publish Blade Runner: Tokyo Nexus: Die With Honour, a four-issue comic series, in November, expanding the franchise alongside Prime Video’s forthcoming Blade Runner 2099. The release matters because it continues Ridley Scott’s long-running science-fiction property in a separate Tokyo-set storyline, while the screen franchise returns later this year.

Written by Nancy A. Collins and illustrated by Mariano Taibo, the comic follows Stix, Mead and Replicant factions connected to the Cheshire programme and Kalanthia. Its plot includes an order to hunt Madame Nomura and an investigation into killings of Yakuza sub-bosses; variant-cover artists include Dylan Teague, Alan Quah, Kit Wallis and Jesus Hervas. The precise publication date has not been announced, while Blade Runner 2099 is scheduled for 25 November.
