Digital Brand Architects (DBA) has acquired creator-management company V1sion Ventures, expanding its roster and capabilities in the digital-talent sector. The deal brings V1sion’s creators and management team into DBA, reflecting continued consolidation among agencies seeking to help online creators build businesses beyond social-media platforms.

V1sion Ventures, founded by chief executive Alina Benun in 2022, represents creators including Keith Lee, Leigh Soriano and Joy Burnett. Benun will join DBA alongside colleagues including senior talent managers Veronica Avalos and Jake Benun; the companies said their shared focus is on helping creators develop sustainable, long-term commercial ventures.
