Samsung has announced the Galaxy S26 FE, a £700-equivalent budget flagship positioned between its A-series mid-range phones and the full Galaxy S26 range. It largely mirrors the larger S26+ in size and design while reducing some specifications, offering buyers a new large-screen Android option at a lower price.

The phone has a 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED display peaking at 1,900 nits, an Exynos 2500 processor, 8GB of RAM, 128GB or 256GB of storage, and a 4,900mAh battery with 45W wired and 15W wireless charging. Its triple-camera system includes 12MP main, 50MP ultra-wide and 8MP 3x telephoto cameras; it also receives seven years of software support, but costs $50 more than the previous FE model. It launches on 3 September in pistachio, blueberry and graphite, though used S26+ handsets may offer similar pricing with stronger specifications.
