Three men have been arrested after four people were stabbed at an event attended by around 100 people at a hotel in Grays, Essex. Police were called to the venue on Stifford Clays Road, North Stifford, shortly before midnight on Saturday following reports of stabbings, and officers arriving at the scene found four people with stab wounds.

Two men, aged 24 and 25 and from Hackney in east London, were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent, while a 21-year-old man from Enfield in north London was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm without intent.
