The interview marks one of his first extended public appearances since the case, which drew intense media and online scrutiny, including false accusations against him personally.

Lindsay Clancy admitted to killing Cora, five, Dawson, three, and eight-month-old Callan at their Massachusetts home, but pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity; her trial ended in a mistrial earlier this month after jurors deadlocked 11-1. Patrick, 38, has since remarried fertility doctor Rachel Danis, 37, moving with her to New York City, while Lindsay remains in a psychiatric facility. Danis, who met Patrick after the deaths, joined him for the interview and described him as "the most selfless father and supportive partner", while Patrick said he still speaks to his late children, often saying simply "help me".
