Ukraine has reportedly used its newly developed Pelican FP-7 ballistic missile during a large-scale attack on Moscow, striking an oil refinery and other infrastructure in the Moscow region. The FP-7 has a stated range of 200 kilometres and accuracy of 13 metres, while Ukraine is also testing a longer-range FP-9.
