Marvel Studios plans to end Daredevil: Born Again with its forthcoming third season, prompting fans to relaunch a campaign to save the series. The decision is especially significant because Marvel Television had previously discussed making the show an annual Disney+ release, while the cancellation echoes Netflix’s decision to end the original Daredevil series in 2018.

Season 3 has already been filmed and is expected to premiere in March 2027, although showrunner Dario Scardapane has left during post-production. Team #SavedDaredevil, which campaigned for years before the character returned in 2025, responded with a statement celebrating its supporters and pledging to continue backing the show. The campaign’s message attracted thousands of likes and hundreds of reposts, while several cast members have since returned to Marvel projects, although Marvel has not credited the campaign alone for the revival.
