Aspyr has announced that two highly acclaimed Lord of the Rings games, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor and Middle-earth: Shadow of War, are coming to Nintendo Switch 2 as a bundle on 30 September. The Middle-earth: Shadow Bundle normally costs $69.99, but pre-orders are currently available for $34.99 as a limited-time 50% discount. Both games are open-world action titles featuring an original story following protagonist Talion and the Wraith Celebrimbor, and they are renowned for their Nemesis System—a dynamic system where defeated or victorious encounters with orcs have lasting consequences, with enemies remembering previous battles and potentially becoming recurring rivals or recruited allies, making each player's experience unique.
