Teresa Giudice claimed her daughter Milania had fentanyl in her system while explaining her behaviour during an encounter with officers at Tampa International Airport, according to bodycam footage obtained by Page Six. The video shows Milania arguing with officers and asking to speak to her mother; authorities said she would not be allowed on a plane, but the reason she was detained is unclear.

Giudice later said her daughter had endured significant grief and psychological trauma after losing two close friends, and asked the public to give her privacy and compassion. The footage does not establish when any fentanyl incident occurred, and Milania’s response that she had been “laced” is included in the video. Separately, she pleaded not guilty in June to New Jersey assault charges stemming from an arrest the previous month.
