Star Wars Zero Company Finally Makes Starting A New Campaign Worth It

Polygon ·

Star Wars Zero Company’s 1.2 update adds campaign settings that let players tailor the game’s difficulty, giving people who have finished it a reason to start a new playthrough. The update is notable for expanding replay options beyond bug fixes, following a period of limited post-launch updates.

Players can enable settings such as Instant Death, where a unit dies after one injury, or Two Strikes, where death follows two injuries. Other options adjust health gains, cross-training and attack advantages; “No Perfect Shots” caps hit chances at 99%. These settings must be selected before a campaign begins. The update is available on PlayStation 5, Windows PC and Xbox Series X, and the developers say they are exploring more configurations.
