Can Hearts prove credentials at scene of title heartbreak?

BBC Sport ·

Hearts return to Celtic Park on Sunday, where an 11-minute collapse in May ended their title hopes, with a chance to show they can challenge again. Manager Wouter Vrancken says the squad must focus on the match ahead rather than treat it as revenge, while Celtic face mounting supporter frustration after another heavy European defeat.

Hearts have won five and drawn one of seven matches under Vrancken, including a 5-0 victory over St Mirren, but have managed only two wins in their past 11 away league games. Celtic have won 14 of their past 15 league matches and 26 of their past 29 home league games against Hearts. Hearts took seven points from four league meetings with Celtic last season, the most by a non-Old Firm side in a single campaign since 1999-2000.
