Ex-Disney, NBCU & Bloomberg TV Execs Among New Advisory Board At Storyboarding Platform Pzaz

Deadline ·

Pzaz has appointed five media executives to a new advisory board as it plans to expand its AI-assisted storyboarding and previsualisation platform across North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific. The appointments bring experience from companies including Disney, NBCUniversal, Netflix and Bloomberg TV, and come as the company positions its tool as a way to help independent productions develop projects with lower costs.

The board members are Paul Robinson, Rose Stacey, Lindsey Oliver, Jonathan Levi and Weerada Sucharitkul, with backgrounds spanning children’s television, animation, broadcasting, production and distribution. Pzaz says its subscription platform is available in more than 30 languages and is used by about 4,500 filmmakers. Its CEO, Vince Weberink, said the tool could help independent teams move projects forward without large budgets or studio backing.
