JD Vance visits Cincinnati Bengals practice and quarterback Joe Burrow is convinced it was mostly about him

Fox News ·

Vice-President JD Vance visited the Cincinnati Bengals’ training facility on Wednesday, watching part of practice and meeting players and staff. The longtime Bengals supporter’s visit drew attention because he did not speak with quarterback Joe Burrow, the team’s biggest star.

Vance toured the locker room, greeted coach Zac Taylor and others, and left with a football; it is unclear whether it was a keepsake or brought for autographs. Burrow said Vance arrived with a group and left before practice ended, then joked that people come to watch the “greatness” he and the team deliver. Vance, who grew up in Middletown, Ohio, was in Cincinnati for an FBI speech and a campaign rally.
