Amanda Jiang to Star in ‘Dracula: The Crimson Code’ Alongside Joey Phillips, Richard Brake and Shayne Ward (EXCLUSIVE)

Amanda Jiang, Joey Phillips, Richard Brake and Shayne Ward will lead “Dracula: The Crimson Code”, a gothic romance and supernatural thriller that has begun filming. The contemporary, female-led reimagining matters as a new screen take on Dracula, placing a centuries-old vampire aristocrat at the centre of a story about love, revenge and choice.

Directed by Andrea M. Catinella and written by Enrico Tessarin, the film is set in London and the English countryside. Jiang plays Countess Isolde Dragomir, whose feud with the rival Howe family is stirred up when she kills her old enemy’s son; the arrival of Theo Mercer, who resembles her lost lover, complicates her plans. The film is produced by Tessarin, Jiang, Catinella and Carla Fuschillo for Starmist Films.
