Moment mother-of-seven hurls dirty nappies and sanitary towels into neighbour’s garden in campaign of ‘mental torture’
Sufina Aslam, 42, has been given a 12-month supervision order after repeatedly harassing neighbours in Yardley, Birmingham, over seven years. She admitted two counts of harassment and breaching a restraining order, avoiding prison despite conduct that caused significant distress and left the family with repair and clean-up costs.
Footage showed Aslam throwing rubbish, including dirty nappies and sanitary towels, into the neighbours’ garden, as well as tipping pans of oil over the fence. The victims said the harassment affected their sleep, health and children’s education; they spent £4,000 clearing litter and repairing damage. Aslam was ordered to pay them £70, and the judge warned that further offending could lead to jail.
