Currents Announce New Album ‘Our Fates Lie In Tandem’
Currents have signed to Rise Records and announced their next album, *Our Fates Lie In Tandem*, due on 12 February 2027. The band says the deal begins a new era, while vocalist Brian Wille describes the record as more personal, combining social commentary and heartbreak with a range of musical dynamics.
The album has 11 tracks, including “Retributioner”, which is available as the first preview. Currents say the song challenges the idea that people must abandon their principles to succeed. The band is also due to tour the UK and Europe with ERRA in November, with dates including Bristol, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds and London.
