Fontaines D.C. Earns Its First Radio Chart No. 1 With ‘Marianne’

Fontaines D.C.’s “Marianne” has reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult Alternative Airplay chart, giving the band its first radio chart-topper. The achievement follows the group’s first overall chart leader the previous week, as its album *Dopamine Chamber* topped several album charts.

“Marianne” rose one place after its plays increased by 4% during the 23–29 October tracking week. It is the highest-peaking of Fontaines D.C.’s six Adult Alternative Airplay entries, and XL Recordings’ fourth No. 1 on the chart. The song also held at its No. 16 peak on Alternative Airplay, while *Dopamine Chamber* debuted at No. 1 on three album charts and reached No. 14 on the Billboard 200.
