Box adds Nvidia’s Nemotron to speed AI document searches
Box has announced Content Retrieval, a system that incorporates Nvidia’s Nemotron embedding technology to help AI agents find relevant information in company documents. The feature is designed to return more relevant document passages while reducing the time and computing cost of searches.
Nvidia executive Kari Briski estimates queries could be four times faster, with 20% fewer errors and 90% fewer tokens used. Box plans to make the feature available to Enterprise Advance customers early next year; it combines Nemotron’s concept-based search with Box’s existing metadata and access controls, and could help lawyers locate relevant clauses and precedents.
