Jon Ossoff’s political rise has TikToker influencers making clips to ‘Make America Hot Again’

Georgia Senator Jon Ossoff’s growing political profile has prompted TikTok users to post flirtatious clips celebrating his appearance, with captions including “Make America Hot Again” and “Big Dem Energy”. The posts show how his rise is attracting attention beyond conventional political commentary, particularly from young social media users.

Several clips use Mannie Fresh’s song “Real Big”, while commenters praise Ossoff’s looks and hands; one video says its creator shaved in case they met him, and another places him on a fictional Tiger Beat cover. Ossoff won re-election comfortably in a state carried by Donald Trump two years earlier, and the article says he has become a breakout figure in the midterms, with polling putting him slightly ahead of California Governor Gavin Newsom.
