T-Mobile Taps Bryan Cranston in Bid to Wake Consumers Up to ‘T-Mix’ Plan
T-Mobile has cast Bryan Cranston as an energetic “wake-up call” for its new T-Mix wireless plan, using a rooster named George to draw attention to the offer. The campaign is designed to reach people who have tuned out mobile phone advertising and broaden T-Mobile’s appeal beyond its traditional audience.
The plan lets subscribers change selected features every 90 days and choose from benefits such as streaming services, music, sport and satellite connectivity. T-Mobile says a family of four could save up to $7,000, depending on its choices. The 60-second advert launches during Amazon Prime Video’s Thursday Night Football and will run across broadcast, streaming, cinema, digital, radio and outdoor channels.
