Marital home of Russell Brand and Katy Perry asks $275K/month amid rape conviction

Katy Perry and Russell Brand’s former Hollywood Hills property is seeking a tenant at $275,000 a month, with seasonal rates that can reach $395,000. The listing comes as Brand has been convicted in London of rape and sexual assault, bringing renewed attention to the former couple’s history.

Known as the Park Hill Estate, the three-acre gated property was bought by Perry and Brand for $6.5 million in 2011, but they never lived there; Perry used it as a wellness retreat. Their marriage ended soon afterwards, and the estate was sold to its current owner in 2013 for $5.56 million. The 1923-built home has since been renovated and has hosted celebrities including Drake and Adele.
