How to complete the Treasure Chest minigame in Zelda Ocarina of Time

The Treasure Chest minigame in the *The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time* remake asks players to choose between two chests in each room, with a key needed to advance. Finding keys in five rooms wins a Piece of Heart, making the game a test of luck unless players use a particular item.

The game is at the Treasure-Chest Shop on the west side of Hyrule Castle Town, which opens at night. Entry costs 10 rupees; repeat completions award 20 rupees instead of another Piece of Heart. The Lenses of Truth, found at the Bottom of the Well, reveal each chest’s contents and allow players to choose correctly every time.
