Former senior police officer admits killing educational psychologist in collision in Derbyshire village
Ex-Derbyshire Police DCI Michael Cooper, was accused of killing 50-year-old pedestrian James Bane while driving a Peugeot 208 in Etwall, Derbyshire, in September 2021.
