American Horror Story is a long-running horror anthology series on FX that has been broadcasting for more than a decade. Each season tells a completely separate story with different characters and settings, allowing the creators to explore different horror concepts in each instalment.
Season 13 marks a significant departure by reuniting cast members from across the franchise's previous seasons rather than introducing a new ensemble of performers. This all-star format represents a notable change from the series' traditional approach of completely fresh casts with each season.
The series is created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk and broadcasts on FX in the United States, with international viewers able to access new seasons via Disney+.
