A New Jersey woman has been accused of sexually abusing a child under 13 whilst the minor was in her care. Victoria Anne Cranmer, 25, allegedly recorded a 14-second video documenting the abuse and subsequently shared it on Snapchat, where it was discovered by authorities.

Investigators identified Cranmer through a distinctive tattoo visible in the recorded footage. The identification via the visible marking proved instrumental in locating and charging the suspect following the recovery of the abusive material on the social media platform.
