Korean-Australian band 1300 have released their debut album, ‘ILLSAMGONGGONG’, through Universal Music Korea. The record presents the five members’ shared development from collaborators into a close-knit group, while reinforcing their position among genre-blending alternative rap collectives.

The album follows the group’s 2022 mixtape ‘Foreign Language’ and 2024 project ‘GEORGE’, and combines K-pop, R&B, hip-hop, drum and bass, rave and goth rock influences. Its stated message is to embrace dancing and enjoyment rather than sadness; 1300 have also performed at Sydney Opera House and supported or shared stages with Jay Park, Audrey Nuna, Genesis Owusu and Confidence Man.
