Guy Ritchie's 2021 action thriller Wrath of Man, starring Jason Statham, has been highlighted as a lasting box office success five years on, having recently seen a fresh surge in popularity after landing on Netflix in the United States. The film reunited Ritchie and Statham for the first time since their earlier crime capers, taking their collaboration in a darker, more violent direction, and it remains one of the pair's most commercially successful projects together.

Made on a modest $40 million budget, the film went on to earn over $100 million worldwide, making it the highest-grossing Ritchie-Statham collaboration to date. Critical reception was mixed, with a 67% score on Rotten Tomatoes, but audiences responded far more warmly, giving it a 90% approval rating for its tension, tight structure and the chemistry between its leads. The cast includes Holt McCallany, Josh Hartnett, Jeffrey Donovan, Scott Eastwood, Laz Alonso, Niamh Algar and Eddie Marsan, while Statham has continued his run of box office hits since, including Fast X, Meg 2: The Trench, The Beekeeper and A Working Man.
