AC Black Flag Resynced Update 1.04 Available to Download Now
Ubisoft has released update 1.04 for Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced, the PS5 remake's first major post-launch patch, now available to download. The update focuses on fixes, tweaks and stability improvements rather than major new content, addressing a wide range of technical and gameplay issues reported since launch, which matters for players keen to enjoy the game without bugs interrupting their experience.
The patch is a 2.44GB download and covers save/load errors, localisation issues in Simplified Chinese, Italian and Arabic, dubbing and cutscene syncing, lighting problems, and a PC-specific bug locking cutscenes to 30 FPS on custom graphics settings. It also fixes numerous gameplay glitches, including ship-clipping while swimming, harpooning lock-ups, disappearing ships during Jackdaw upgrades, and various world, UI, visual, audio and quest-related bugs. Push Square, which awarded the remake 8/10, notes there is nothing especially major among the changes beyond general performance and stability gains.
