Adam Levine Talks ‘The Voice’ Cut Week Twist & Calls Riley Green a ‘Younger, Funnier, Better-Looking Blake’

Adam Levine is returning as a coach for the 30th season of *The Voice*, where a new Cut Week format will bring the programme’s biggest elimination yet. The change raises the stakes for contestants, while Levine says he is enjoying the strong rapport among the four coaches.

In the episode airing on 2 November, each coach will send two singers straight to the live shows, while five others compete for one remaining place on their team. After the top 12 is decided, viewers can vote by text or TikTok to send one more artist through. Levine also joked that new coach Riley Green is a “younger, funnier, better-looking” Blake Shelton, and said he advises contestants to make the most of their time on the show.
