Following her split from ARCH ENEMY in November 2025, Alissa White-Gluz is channelling creative energy across three distinct musical ventures. She's developing a solo album whilst establishing BLUE MEDUSA, an all-woman band serving as her primary artistic focus, and joining DRAGONFORCE as their first-ever frontwoman. During a recent interview at Germany's Wacken festival, she explained how different projects fulfil various creative impulses and allow her to explore distinct facets of her artistic identity.

White-Gluz distinguishes her projects by their musical direction and what each offers creatively. BLUE MEDUSA embodies her core artistic vision and preferred aesthetic, whilst her DRAGONFORCE collaboration provides structured opportunities to develop vocal techniques she's long pursued, particularly theatrical elements inspired by musical theatre.
