All endings in Queen’s Domain and how to unlock them

Queen’s Domain has four endings, determined by decisions made at key points in the game. The guide outlines the routes and requirements for each, so players can plan their choices and revisit turning points to see different outcomes.

The first ending requires completing quests and using the ordinary weapon route. For the second, players must complete Endu’s evolution, obtain the lens and ideal setup, then take the Akunra route; the third follows the Okbujo route after its late-game quests. The hardest, fourth ending requires finding 69 Silver Skulls after Petrified Garden, then repeating the steps for the third ending.
