AMD is bringing FSR 4.1 to Xbox consoles and handhelds
AMD is extending its FSR 4.1 upscaling technology to Xbox Series S and X consoles, laptops, older graphics cards and handhelds, widening access to performance and image-quality improvements. The expansion matters particularly for the less powerful Series S, though console owners will have to wait for a release date.
Support begins today for Radeon RX 6000-series GPUs and certain Ryzen AI devices, via Adrenalin Edition 26.10.1 drivers. FSR 4.1 is supported in more than 300 games, including Cyberpunk 2077, Battlefield 6 and Assassin’s Creed Shadows; Xbox support is listed as “coming soon”.
