American Truck Simulator developer SCS Software has announced a North Dakota expansion, continuing the game's gradual eastward expansion across the United States following May's Illinois DLC. The new region will let players deliver cargo to cities including Fargo, Bismarck, Grand Forks, Minot and Williston, while passing through smaller towns such as Medora, home to Theodore Roosevelt National Park, adding fresh scenery to the game's established oil and agricultural haulage routes.

The expansion will feature notable roadside landmarks, including the World's Largest Buffalo statue in Jamestown, sculptures along the Enchanted Highway, the Four Bears Bridge near New Town, the Scandinavian Heritage Park in Minot, and the North Dakota State Capitol in Bismarck. No release date has been given yet, and North Dakota joins South Dakota, Indiana and British Columbia among the expansions SCS Software currently has in development for the trucking simulator.
