Anduril reportedly in talks to raise funding at $100B valuation, more than 3x last year’s mark

TechCrunch · 3 hours ago

Anduril is reportedly seeking new investment that could value the defence technology company at about $100 billion, more than three times its valuation a year ago. The prospective deal reflects rapidly growing investor interest in companies making drones, autonomous systems and AI-enabled military technology amid wars in Ukraine and the Middle East.

Reuters reported that the fundraising could be split into two stages, with the later tranche priced at a higher valuation, and both could close this year. Anduril raised $5 billion at a $61 billion valuation in May and said its 2025 revenue more than doubled to $2.2 billion; it has contracts with US, UK, NATO, Dutch and Polish defence bodies, among others. Defence-tech venture investment exceeded $12 billion in the first half of 2026, while rivals including Shield AI and Helsing have also raised large rounds.

  • Anduril may raise funds at a $100 billion valuation.
  • Defence-tech investment is accelerating sharply.
  • Anduril’s revenue reached $2.2 billion in 2025.
