Actors Anna Camp, Jasmine Cephas Jones, Finn Jones and Martin Marquez will lead the off-Broadway premiere of the Olivier-nominated play "2:22 — A Ghost Story", producers announced. The play, a psychological thriller about a woman convinced her new home is haunted, has become a major hit since debuting in London's West End in 2021, running across seven West End engagements and multiple UK tours before its New York transfer.

Previews begin on 20 October at the Lucille Lortel Theatre, with the show opening on 5 November for a strictly limited 13-week run through 17 January. Camp plays Lauren, Cephas Jones plays Jenny, Jones plays Sam and Marquez plays Ben, in a story centred on a housewarming dinner where a debate over the supernatural turns sinister. Written by Danny Robbins and directed by Matthew Dunster and Gabriel Vega Weissman, the production is staged by Tony and Olivier Award-winning Runaway Entertainment and has previously featured stars including Tom Felton, Sophia Bush and Cheryl during its West End run.
