Australia’s VANISHING POINT Releases ‘Sirens’ Single From Upcoming ‘Eremition’ Album
Australian melodic metal band Vanishing Point have released “Sirens”, their second new single since returning with “Bring Me The Night” last month after a six-year gap. Guitarist Chris Porcianko says the song warns of declining morality and concern for others in a world saturated with technology and information.
“Sirens” is connected to the band’s previous album, “Dead Elysium”, and will appear on their seventh studio album, “Eremition”, due worldwide on 20 November. Porcianko describes the album as exploring loss, understanding and moving forward, while the band says it has prioritised quality over frequent releases. Formed in Melbourne more than three decades ago, Vanishing Point have released six albums since their 1997 debut and have toured internationally.
