Iron Studios has exclusively revealed to Collider new Disney D23 Expo merchandise tied to Marvel Studios' upcoming film Avengers: Doomsday, offering fans a fresh look at Robert Downey Jr.'s Doctor Doom. The reveal follows earlier collectible figurines shown at San Diego Comic-Con, which also teased Professor X (Patrick Stewart) and Magneto (Ian McKellen), suggesting the studio is steadily building anticipation for the film through a drip-feed of collectible tie-ins across major fan conventions.

The centrepiece is a D23-exclusive MiniCo figure of Doctor Doom featuring a special metallic paint job made specifically for the event. Iron Studios is also releasing two Walt Disney exclusive collectible figures with a 1960s throwback style. As with previous Doomsday merchandise, the figure retains a distinctive yellow or gold armband, which fans speculate could be connected to the film's plot, possibly hinting at the MCU's introduction of Doom's homeland, Latveria.
