The campaign traps the player and Astarion in a shifting nightmare version of Cazador's mansion, offers four possible outcomes ranging from devastation to redemption, and introduces six new characters, including additional vampire spawn. It requires roughly 1.3GB of space, installs via Nexus Mods rather than Larian's official mod menu, and is currently Windows PC only; players must use a non-origin character, as it cannot be played as Astarion himself. The mod deliberately excludes voice acting, as the creator declined to reuse an actor's recorded lines for dialogue never actually performed, and offers around six hours of new content culminating in an escape from the Szarr Mansion.
