Bianna Golodryga in Talks for New Roles at Politico, CBS News
Bianna Golodryga, who announced she is leaving CNN after nine years, is in talks about taking on roles at Politico and CBS News. The discussions could allow her to work with both organisations at once, though they remain fluid and may not lead to agreements.
At Politico, she is expected to cover global affairs; at CBS News, she could become a contributor. Golodryga previously worked for CBS while co-anchoring “CBS This Morning”, and has also held roles at Yahoo News, ABC News and CNBC. One person familiar with the discussions said she saw fewer opportunities to expand at CNN as the network reduced hours devoted to Christiane Amanpour.
